Mr. Charles and Mrs. Judi are now retired, but if you ever stop by the terminal in Dade City, you are likely to see them around the office. Jeff (Judi and Charles's son) took over the company after his parents retired and is now our company President and fearless leader! We have grown some since 1976, and we now have a total of 4 terminals! Terminals are in Dade City FL, Tampa FL, Jasper TN, and Elko GA. Driver Pay Schedule Schwend Authority with your Truck and Trailer you will be paid 90% of the line haul and 100% of the FSC. $6,000.00 - $7,000 Gross weekly average to your truck Employees are paid weekly.

Pay week starts Sunday at 12am and end Saturday 11:59 pm/Midnight. Truck requirements Wheel base less than 260” – this is not negotiable Truck weight less than 19,000 with driver and fuel BLOWER REQUIRMENTS : All pneumatic owner operators must have their own blower/PTO set up , we do not provide a blower or PTO. Gardner Denver 12L is what we use, this brand is not required, but the blower on your truck does need to have power equal to or more than the Gardner Denver 12L.

Insurance requirements – Auto Liability Insurance - $110.00 per week – required to have through us Bobtail Insurance - $7.38 per week – required to have , can have your own or through us, if you have your own, I need proof of coverage. Occupation Accident Insurance - $33.75 per week – required to have through us Benefits

We track and pay IFTA quarterly Escrows Fuel Card Escrow - $1,000.00 total , withheld from check at a rate of $100.00 per week until the $1,000.00 has been collected Prepass Escrow - $100.00 total, with held from check at a rate of $25.00 per week until the $100.00 has been collected ELD Escrow - $900.00 total, withheld from check at a rate of $50.00 per week until the $900.00 has been collected Trailer Escrow - $1,000.00 total , withheld from check at a rate of $100.00 per week until the $1,000.00 has been collected ELD & Fuel Cards If your truck requires an ELD ,we use the Samsara program for our Owner Operators .There is a $9.00 weekly charge for the big road. The escrow is to cover any damage that may occur to the big road equipment that is in your truck. We do not provide a tablet or data for ELD. I will need to know if you will need a 6 pin or 9 pin Samsara device, (if you feel your truck will not require an ELD please let me know, there is an additional step to verify that) We use the Relay App. We fuel at Pilot/Flying J and TA/Petro.
