Assistant Maintenance Technician

Position: Assistant Maintenance Technician Company : The Finger Companies Property: Ascot Court Compensation: $24.00/ hour (paid bi-weekly) Closing Occupancy Bonus (paid monthly) Retention Bonus (paid monthly) Job Brief : We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to the following systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain and update records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work orders.

Qualifications

HVAC certified. Must participate in on-call rotation for nights/weekends. CPO certified a plus. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
