Position Summary

📦 Now Hiring: Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator 📍 Orlando Health | Orlando, FL Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory or warehouse operations? Join Orlando Health’s Supply Chain team and help ensure clinical teams have the supplies they need to provide exceptional patient care. 💙 📦 What You’ll Do As a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator, you will: ✅ Maintain accurate inventory and optimal stock levels across supply locations 📊 Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and identify inventory discrepancies 📦 Rotate inventory and remove expired, outdated, or slow-moving supplies 🔄 Process returns, credits, replenishments, and inventory adjustments 🏷️ Maintain bin locations, labels, par levels, and organized supply areas 🚚 Support receiving, delivery, and reconciliation of shipments 💻 Utilize inventory management systems and handheld devices 🛒 Partner with Purchasing to resolve order discrepancies 🚨 Assist with code cart trays, emergency carts, and critical supply needs 🤝 Build positive relationships with clinical teams, nursing departments, and leadership 💡 Support process improvements and departmental initiatives 🌟 Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and organized work environment 🎯 Qualifications 📚 Education High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred 💼 Experience Two (2) years of related warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience required An Associate’s degree may substitute for the two years of required experience 🚗 Licensure/Certification Valid driver’s license required 🌟 Why Orlando Health?
