We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who shares those same values — someone who is compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented, with a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
What You’ll Do Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and procedures, using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment areas following infection control standards Capture and develop radiographs; utilize digital and 3D imaging when needed Support accurate record-keeping by updating patient charts and treatment plans Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care in a clear, compassionate way Help manage patient flow and scheduling as needed to ensure a smooth, positive experience Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and patient-first environment What We Offer Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Flexibility: Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends Growth: Career development and advancement opportunities within our practice Support: A strong team culture with training, mentorship, and leadership support Innovation: Modern technology and equipment to enhance your work Balance: A family-oriented practice that values both patient care and team well-being Your Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (prosthodontics experience a plus) Proficiency in taking X-rays and familiarity with imaging technology Experience using dental software (Dentrix or similar) preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred A team player with a passion for patient care Comprehensive Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Annual CE and professional development support Opportunities for growth and career advancement ✨ Why Hudec Dental?
