Job Skills / Requirements Security Duties : Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems Indoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secure Extensive walking (down stairs only) and scanning check points Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door) Concierge Foot Patrol Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday: 7:00pm- 5:00am Education Requirements (All) High school diploma or equivalent Certification Requirements (All) MD Guard Card
