Requirements

Cook menu items fast and accurately while keeping Popeyes standards front and center.; Follow recipes, portioning, and prep guides to deliver bold flavor every shift.; Maintain a clean, organized station using strict food safety and sanitation practices.; Work the line confidently during peak rushes with speed, focus, and teamwork.

; Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating ingredients and meeting temperature requirements.; Handle food storage, labeling, and inventory checks to reduce waste and ensure consistency.; Use kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers.; Support production needs by prepping ingredients and completing closing tasks reliably.
