Job description
At Brookside Care Center, our Licensed Practical Nurses deliver the highest quality of direct, hands-on care to our residents. Working together with our team of Certified Nursing Assistants and Social Workers and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, our LPN's perform a variety of duties related to the personal care and medication administration of the residents encouraging them to reach their optimal state of health and wellbeing.
