Certified Medication Aide Altercare Canal Winchester Canal Winchester, OH Full Time Day Shift - 12 hour Shifts Part Time Opportunities Available also! Certified Medication Aide Position Summary: This Certified Medication Aide will be a CNA | STNA will work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and will administer prescription medication as well as perform other duties.

This individual will maintain full knowledge of duties, responsibilities and accountability and shall act in accordance with the laws pertaining to administration of medication by a certified medication aide. The Certified Medication Aide will document in the medical record and maintain confidentially.

Requirements

A minimum of one year experience as a CNA | STNA, and completed an Ohio Board of Nursing approved Medication Aide Training Program with an active, unrestricted, Medication Aide Certification by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
