Grade : G4 Reports to: QC Regional Manager Job type: Full-time employee Department: Central Quality Control Location: Dallas, TX Travel: Up to 75% Summary This position supports the maintenance and improvement of product quality and hygiene standards at TOUS les JOURS bakeries within the assigned region.

Responsibilities include

store quality and hygiene inspections, training on production methods in accordance with product manuals, new and seasonal product training, and production training and on-site support for new store openings. The position also identifies quality and production issues and works with relevant departments to support corrective actions.

Level of Responsibility Performs the same core QC duties independently with a higher level of proficiency. Manages assigned work and resolves routine quality and production issues, consulting the QC Regional Manager and relevant departments on complex matters. Job Duties Quality Control

  • Conduct QSC and applicable GFS inspections at assigned stores and prepare reports in accordance with company schedules and standards.
  • Evaluate product quality, production processes, hygiene practices, and compliance with company product manuals.
  • Identify quality and production issues, communicate findings to the QC Regional Manager and relevant departments, and follow up on corrective actions. Product Education
  • Train bakery teams and kitchen managers on standard products, new products, and seasonal products in accordance with company manuals.
  • Provide training on frozen dough, ingredient storage and handling, fermentation, baking, and hygiene management.
  • Provide follow-up training to address deviations from product manuals and improve production consistency. New Store Opening Support
  • Provide product theory and hands-on production training for new store bakery teams at designated training facilities and on site.
  • Support production preparation and on-site production during new store openings.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on new store product assortments, kitchen utensil orders, and kitchen layout feedback. Kitchen Equipment Support
  • Train store teams on the proper use, cleaning, and routine care of kitchen equipment.
  • Support checks and adjustments of equipment operating settings, including temperature and humidity, in accordance with product manuals and equipment guidance.
  • Identify equipment issues affecting production and coordinate follow-up with relevant departments or service providers. Documentation and Store Support
  • Maintain inspection reports, training records, corrective action records, and other QC documentation.
  • Respond to store inquiries regarding products, production methods, dough management, and kitchen equipment.
  • Support product production for company-owned store events as assigned. Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior hands-on bakery experience is required, including bread production and cake preparation or decorating.
  • Demonstrated experience independently delivering bakery production training, evaluating product quality, and addressing production issues.
  • Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, dough and ingredient management, and bakery production fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP is preferred.
  • Ability to read and apply product manuals and operating procedures.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and product training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Korean and English proficiency is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% for store inspections, training, and new store opening support.
