Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool as RNs.

Flex. Care team members support multiple Wesley. Life communities by stepping into open shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed most. As part of our internal clinical team, Flex. Care professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.

Premium hourly pay (higher than standard PRN roles) Holiday Pay (when eligible) Opportunities for incentive/stat pay on urgent shifts Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, person‑centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans. Support multiple communities by traveling to Well.

Spire locations based on current staffing needs. Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher‑acuity situations. Maintain compliance with all Wesley. Life and Well. Spire's policies, as well as state and federal care standards. Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.

Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.

Education

& Experience Active RN license in the state of Iowa Ability to work in various care environments within the Well. Spire network Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available Reliable transportation is required to support travel between Well. Spire communities as needed Join Wesley.
