In this paid role, you will craft engaging content, manage social media campaigns, analyze marketing performance, and develop strategies to connect with our target audiences. Your creativity and analytical skills will drive our online visibility and foster strong relationships with clients and community partners. Duties Develop and implement dynamic social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other media editing tools to support marketing campaigns. Monitor social media analytics and marketing online analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts. Manage social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Coordinate media performance analytics using tools like Google Analytics and media editing software to track website traffic and campaign ROI. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to reach targeted audiences effectively. Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and content creation that align with company goals.

Requirements

Skills Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring. Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visuals.

Experience with video editing for producing promotional videos or social media content. Excellent content writing skills tailored for various digital platforms. Ability to analyze social media metrics and marketing data to inform strategy adjustments. Strong relationship management skills for engaging with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
