MDM Support

We are hiring for the position of UEM Support Engineer. 📍 Role: UEM Support Engineer 💼 Experience: 2–3 Years 🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree 🌐 Languages: English & Hindi Mandatory | Telugu ✈️ Travel: Mandatory based on project/client requirements 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end MDM/UEM implementation and deployment activities
• Manage device enrollment, policy configuration & application deployment
• Support Android, Windows, iOS & macOS environments
• Coordinate with clients for implementation, troubleshooting & support
• Monitor device compliance and operational activities
• Prepare reports, trackers & operational documentation
• Provide remote and onsite support
• Troubleshoot enrollment and activation-related issues 🔹 Required Skills:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UEM/MDM support
• Strong knowledge of: Android Device Management Windows Device Management iOS & macOS Management Multi-platform MDM environments Device enrollment & policy management
• Experience in enterprise-level implementations and client handling
• Good troubleshooting, coordination & communication skills
• Strong Excel skills including: Report preparation Pivot tables & lookup functions Data handling & operational trackers Candidates should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in Mobile Device
