Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2010 after working in investment planning and financial services, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and long-term strategy into agency ownership. Our team has grown to 11 members, and we’re proud to be one of the top-producing agencies in the state. Outside of the office, I’m a well-known musician on the island and stay deeply involved in the community — coaching youth basketball, serving on the local school board, participating with the food bank, adopting a highway, and sponsoring school events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
