Digital Experience Manager

Join the Customer Success & Experience Transformation organization to help turn customer-adoption strategy into reliable execution. You will coordinate AI-enabled nurture and in-app engagement programs, keep cross-functional work moving, interpret performance data, and build repeatable operating processes. This is a hands-on role for an organized, curious problem solver who can connect details, data, and stakeholders.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Coordinate digital-adoption and customer-engagement workstreams across business functions Maintain project plans, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action logs Use Excel and dashboards to monitor performance and explain key signals Support campaign setup, governance, quality checks, and follow-up Partner with Product, IT, Operations, Education, Marketing, and Customer Success Create repeatable processes, documentation, and controls Escalate blockers and recommend practical next steps Basic Qualifications: Experience in marketing, operations, IT project coordination, project management, or customer success Hands-on experience with Excel and metrics reporting tools Experience coordinating projects or programs across multiple stakeholders Ability to interpret metrics and communicate a clear data-backed story Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: Background in marketing, UI/UX, or digital success B2B customer adoption, lifecycle, digital engagement, or post-sale experience Experience with Gainsight PX, Salesforce, Hub.
