POSITION SUMMARY
Under the policy direction and oversight of the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, administration, and performance of the organization. The General Manager plans, directs, and oversees all operations, programs, services, and resources of the Authority to ensure the effective fulfillment of its statutory mission and strategic objectives.
