Senior Collections Specialist

The Senior Collections Specialist performs advanced collection activities across the Credit Union's consumer, real estate, and commercial portfolios. This position supports asset quality objectives by resolving delinquent accounts, managing repossessions and post-charge-off recoveries, and ensuring collection activities are completed accurately, professionally, and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
