Job description
This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II to work at Willis Ave and Rayen, a 42-unit and 49-unit Disabled/Special Needs Family housing properties in Panorama City and North Hills, CA. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must have basic computer skills. Salary range: $27.30 - $39.90 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $27.30 - $33.60 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
