Recreation Services Attendant

Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Recreation Services Attendant in Southport, NC! The Recreation Services Attendant provides general facility and customer service support for Parks & Recreation facilities. The position may be assigned to monitor a gym, building, or other designated area and assist with daily facility operations, customer service, and basic administrative tasks.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 3:00pm - 7:00pm Pay: $17.69 Hourly Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment within the assigned facility or area. Greet customers, visitors, and facility users in a friendly and professional manner. Answer telephone and provide basic information or direct calls to the appropriate staff member.

Open and close the assigned facility, when assigned. Assist with specific tasks, projects, programs, or operational needs as assigned. Perform basic office, administrative duties, and other general support. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Be able to pass a background check and drug test Must be able to lift 50lbs. Possession of, or ability to obtain within a department-established timeframe, current CPR and First Aid certifications and completion of Mandated Reporter training.
