Job Description: Tech Analyst – Credit Card Position Details Role: Tech Analyst – Credit Card Department: IT Vertical: IT Retail Payments Job Family: IT Delivery Location: Jaipur Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA Experience: 5+ Years Job Purpose To drive end-to-end technology delivery for Credit Card and Credit Servicing initiatives by collaborating with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.

The role will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution coordination, API integrations, project delivery governance, testing, production releases, and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory standards. Required Experience 5+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Technical Delivery, Business Analysis, or Project Delivery within the Banking, Cards, or Payments domain.

Strong experience managing technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Hands-on exposure to Credit Card systems, Credit Servicing platforms, or related Retail Payment applications. Good understanding of API integrations, including REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication mechanisms, error handling, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Experience working with cloud-based applications, preferably AWS-hosted environments. Exposure to VisionPLUS or similar card management platforms will be preferred. Understanding of delivery governance, release management, UAT coordination, and production deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend optimal technology solutions. Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Credit Card and Credit Servicing projects, ensuring timely and quality execution. Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, development activities, testing, UAT support, production release, and post-implementation stabilization.

Translate business requirements into technical workflows, integration specifications, and implementation plans. Lead and coordinate API integrations across channels, middleware, and downstream applications. Manage delivery activities for AWS-hosted applications, including deployment coordination, environment readiness, monitoring, and observability tracking.

Ensure alignment between business teams, channel teams, middleware teams, and vendors for seamless project execution. Drive implementation of technology changes across all impacted channels and support post-go-live validation. Ensure smooth project handover to Production Support teams before implementation. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Follow Bank policies, security standards, governance processes, and change management guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure systems and processes remain compliant with RBI regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements. Technical Competencies Strong understanding of API architecture and integration technologies (REST, JSON, Authentication, Web Services).

Knowledge of middleware integration, microservices architecture, and n-tier applications. Exposure to AWS cloud services and deployment processes. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release management. Working knowledge of Oracle and/or MS SQL databases will be an added advantage.

AWS certification will be preferred. Knowledge of cards domain, payment processing, and banking integrations. Behavioral Competencies Strong customer-centric approach with a proactive mindset.
