Application Timeline Hiring multiple applicants throughout the year. Apprenticeships are designed as short-term learning opportunities and are not typically benefits-eligible. If benefits are offered, they may include medical benefits participation, professional development stipends, and paid time off, subject to role length and company policies. Part-time: 3-5 hours/day, 5 days per week Weekends as needed for test and manufacturing operations Flexible start dates; schedules coordinated around academic commitments Contract 3-6 months.

This apprenticeship may be renewed or converted to a full-time role. Successful apprentices will be considered for permanent employment opportunities with LEAP.
