Maintenance Technician – Full-Time Location: Leitchfield, KY & Surrounding CommunitiesPosition: Full-Time**# of Openings:** 1 Maintenance Technician – Full-Time Position Available Homeland Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Maintenance Team! This full-time position will focus on general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance at apartment communities managed by Homeland Inc.

in Leitchfield, KY, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance work orders and repairs at apartment communities.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building repairs as needed and within qualifications.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance, including cleaning dryer vents, gutters, and maintaining building systems.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify necessary repairs.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain apartment buildings, common areas, and property grounds.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Read and follow technical manuals, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Work independently and as part of the Homeland Maintenance Team.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Standard day shifts, Monday – Friday.
• Some positions may require on-call availability after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance duties, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors.
• Some maintenance duties may require working on one- and two-story roofs. Appropriate training and safety procedures will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• One or more years of maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in Leitchfield, KY, and surrounding communities.
• Position will be managed by Homeland Inc.'s Maintenance Department.
