For our Bremerhaven location, we are looking for Dual Students in Business Administration (B.A.) (m/f/d) to join our 3-year dual study program starting August 1, 2027. Gain insights into various business functions, including Marketing & Sales, Human Resources & Organization, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance & Accounting. Actively contribute to day-to-day operations and project work while gradually taking on your own responsibilities. Apply the knowledge gained during your studies directly in practice and work with us to develop innovative, digital, and efficient business processes.

Your Profile

What You Bring and What We Will Develop Together You have a university entrance qualification (Abitur), a university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or an equivalent qualification, and possess solid skills in mathematics, German, and English. You are interested in business and economic processes and want to understand how different departments work together within a company.

You enjoy working with numbers and data, think analytically, and approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented way. You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to apply theoretical knowledge directly in practice. You show initiative and a sense of responsibility, organize your work reliably, and maintain an overview even when handling a variety of tasks.
