Space Cleaning Assist. Manager

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager, Space Cleaning is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance of all public spaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation are consistently maintained. This role coordinates team schedules, conducts regular inspections, monitors facility conditions, supports employee training and development, enforces company policies and safety procedures, manages daily operational reporting and payroll administration, and works closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure an exceptional environment for guests and team members.

Guest Service Expectations: The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, responding promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns, maintaining a welcoming and approachable demeanor, proactively assisting guests with resort information, and consistently upholding professional appearance and service standards that enhance the overall guest experience.

Required Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of college education or equivalent vocational training. At least one (1) year of experience in Public Areas or a related housekeeping environment. Working knowledge of housekeeping and public area operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Work Schedule This position supports a 24-hour operation. Candidates must be flexible and available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
