We’re seeking Vehicle Detailers who are motivated, hands-on, and ready to be part of a supportive, team-driven environment!

Compensation & Benefits?

• Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, 401(k) with company contributions

Schedule & Support

• 40-hour workweek which schedule will be assigned upon offer. (Open availability required and holidays as needed)

• Daily guidance and mentorship from a strong management team

• Training in automotive detailing, customer service, and professional standards

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehicles.

• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure they meet customer and company expectations

• Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Uphold service standards and represent the brand professionally

• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.

• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.

• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.

• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.

**What We’re Looking For **As an entry-level Automotive Detailer, we’re looking for someone who is very meticulous, detail oriented, and takes pride in their work. The right individual is coachable, eager to learn our process and tools, and has a passion for helping bring customer’s vehicles back to life. You must also have the following:

• Valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience required. Must meet company and insurance requirements for operating customer vehicles.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Willingness to do physical work

• Carefulness around all vehicles

• Attention to detail and pride in your work

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

No experience? No problem, automotive, detailing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person who demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to learn!
