Position Summary

As a Concierge, you have the opportunity to make people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for every day. Whether greeting a resident by name, helping a family member find their way, answering a question, or simply taking a moment to listen, the small things you do can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day. The Concierge helps create the feeling of home within our community.

This role combines genuine hospitality, thoughtful service, and attention to detail to ensure residents, families, guests, and team members feel welcomed and supported. We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional service isn't just about completing a task—it's about how you make people feel. Essential Job Duties Greet residents, families, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to general inquiries. Provide information and assistance to residents and visitors as appropriate. Assist with scheduling, transportation, appointments, messages, and other resident requests as assigned. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and clean front desk and lobby area.

Monitor front desk activities, visitor access, and building security procedures as assigned. Communicate safety concerns, maintenance issues, emergencies, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with community events, activities, and administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information.

Complete required company, community, and state-specific training. Follow company policies, community procedures, safety requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, administrative, senior living, healthcare, or related experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact effectively with residents, families, visitors, and team members.

Basic computer and office equipment skills. First Aid and CPR certification may be preferred or required based on community or applicable requirements. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as required to perform assigned duties.

Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers and telephone systems. Maybe required to work weekends, holidays, evenings, or other shifts based on community needs.
