We are looking for passionate Youth Development Professionals to empower children at Cherry Hill Elementary. The Details:**

Pay:** $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Location:** Mountain Trails Elementary

Schedule:** Part-Time (Estimated 15-18 hours/week). Monday-Thursday (Approx. 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Commitment:** September 14, 2026 - May 21, 2027

What You Will Do:**

Mentor & Engage:** Build positive, supportive relationships with youth through active engagement.

Lead the Fun:** Facilitate and participate in games, recreational activities, and enrichment programs both indoors and outdoors.

Support Growth:** Help children develop social and emotional intelligence by modeling positive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.

Maintain Safety:** Provide active supervision to ensure a physically and emotionally safe space for all participants.

What We Are Looking For:**

Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational, recreational, or team setting is preferred.

A reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills.

Willingness to actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly paid training and professional development.

Ability to actively supervise children, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift 25-50 lbs.
