Legal Assistant

Contract review and drafting both in Thai and English, including but not limited to lease agreement, procurement agreement, NDA, marketing agreement and service application templates (Contract Team) Gather facts from other departments and provide advice concerning type of contract, recommended terms appropriate for business transactions and contract request process Administer and maintain compliance with internal policy including internal approval verification and filing of the documents in legal database Collaborate with other departments and external parties where necessary Other related tasks assigned from time to time A minimum of 2 years of legal experience Proficient in both Thai and English Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work Able to manage a large amount of routine contracts, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
