Our plaintiff-side employment practice is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters.

Position Summary

This role offers robust litigation experience in a supportive environment where your voice and perspective matter. Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research

• Draft complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences with partner guidance
• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals
• Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial
• Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and intake team members
• Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
• Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow •Education & Experience
• Recent law school graduate or early-career attorney
• Licensed in Nevada or awaiting bar results
