About the role

If you enjoy variety, problem-solving and learning how technology can improve the way businesses work, this could be the role for you! This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with around 6 to 12 months of relevant experience who is keen to build their Business Analysis skills and gain hands-on experience in digital transformation projects.

Working alongside experienced Business Analysts, Product and Software Engineering teams, you’ll help gather requirements, document business needs and support the delivery and ongoing improvement of Codafication’s products in an Agile environment. Your day-to-day duties will include: Assist with stakeholder workshops and meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, recording decisions and following up on actions.

Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including process maps, meeting notes and functional requirements, with guidance from experienced team members. Supporting communication between technical and non-technical teams, helping clarify requirements and track follow-up actions. Assisting with user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, recording feedback and tracking issues.

Helping maintain project updates and reports to give the team visibility of progress, outstanding actions and potential issues.

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our fun, friendly, and collaborative team. As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate: A curious mindset, good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a varied, fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute positively to a team.

Good organisational skills, attention to detail and an interest in developing practical business analysis skills. Around 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in business analysis, IT or a related role, with an interest in digital transformation projects. Exposure to the insurance industry would be an advantage. A basic understanding of Agile principles and a willingness to learn how they are applied in software delivery.

Prior experience using JIRA or Confluence would be helpful. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions, listen carefully and build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
