The Senior Governance Specialist supports a range of governance activities including ACS Council, the Council Policy Committee; the Presidential Succession; and related subcommittees, working groups and task forces. Contributes to the development, review, and proofreading of governance documents and meeting materials to support effective governance operations. The incumbent works effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, demonstrating an understanding of how assigned projects and timelines impact broader governance activities. The incumbent follows established policies and procedures while contributing ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and overall governance operations.
