About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused People & Culture Coordinator to join our NSW team in Parramatta on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity leave cover through to November 2026. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the employee lifecycle across recruitment and onboarding, Workday administration, employee changes, reporting, HR documentation and day-to-day P&C support.

You’ll be joining a fun, dynamic and supportive P&C team where no two days are quite the same. We work hard, help each other out and enjoy a laugh along the way. Key Responsiblities Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities. Provide day-to-day P&C administration and Workday support. Support managers with HR queries, documentation and generalist P&C matters.

Assist with HR reporting, learning, retention and recognition initiatives. Work closely with P&C, Payroll and Operations to keep people processes running smoothly.

About You

Experience in HR coordination, recruitment, onboarding or HR administration. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities. A confident communicator who enjoys working with managers and employees. Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office, with Workday experience highly regarded.
