Porter

Description We are looking for a reliable and observant Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our property. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the daily operations of the community.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the tidy appearance of the property by regularly walking and inspecting the premises Sweep and dispose of debris, trash, and animal droppings in proper receptacles Clear sidewalks and pathways of weeds and loose grass Notify the manager of any unhealthy or dead landscape plantings Ensure all exterior lighting is operational and report outages Perform minor repairs including replacing windows, screens, and sliding glass doors Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and stairwells as needed Assist with routine maintenance tasks as requested by management Distribute resident communications, including newsletters, event flyers, and pest control notices Must be okay working outside in all elements Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday On-call availability Weekend availability required Work Remotely: No Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Renewal bonus Richmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
