Create a positive, welcoming, and organized classroom environment. Lead daily classroom routines and activities. Encourage children to develop independence, confidence, and positive social skills. Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Actively supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being.

Promote positive behavior and effective classroom management. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support children's development. Assist with lesson preparation and ensure classroom materials and supplies are ready. Support the daily needs of the classroom and contribute to a positive learning experience for every child.
