Build plans: Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for every student. Modify lessons: Adapt general education materials to match each student's learning pace and style.

Teach and guide: Instruct students in small groups, one-on-one, or inside inclusive general education classrooms. Collaborate: Meet regularly with parents, school psychologists, and speech therapists to track progress.
