Key Account Manager

Your Impact As a Key Account Manager in our Away From Home team, you'll drive growth across a portfolio of key customers by building strong partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering category-leading outcomes. You'll play a key role in growing market share, executing commercial plans, and ensuring Asahi remains a trusted and preferred partner.

Key Accountabilities Deliver sales, distribution, profitability and market share targets across a portfolio of key accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that drive mutual growth. Develop and execute customer plans aligned to commercial and category objectives. Identify opportunities to maximise promotional activity and commercial initiatives.

Monitor market and competitor activity and respond with effective growth strategies. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer plans. Manage forecasting, sales performance and account profitability. Represent Asahi at customer meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence.

About You

Proven experience in Key Account Management, Account Management or Sales within FMCG, beverage, grocery, foodservice or a related industry. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance volume, profit and market share outcomes. Demonstrated success building strategic customer relationships and delivering growth.

Highly organised with strong planning, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator with the ability to influence and present effectively. Customer-focused, results-driven and motivated by achieving ambitious goals. Experience managing budgets, forecasts and commercial performance metrics is advantageous.
