Rehab Technician

Rehab Tech | Full-Time | Pediatrics At H2 Health Kids, we believe that helping children reach their milestones starts with great teamwork. As a Rehab Tech in our outpatient pediatric clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting children, families, therapists, and the clinic as a whole. Our Rehab Techs assist in the daily flow of pediatric therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a fun, engaging, and supportive care experience for children across a variety of developmental and rehabilitation needs. Your Role

Assist therapists during pediatric treatment sessions to ensure child safety and engagement Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment Encourage and motivate children during therapeutic activities and exercises Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation Monitor therapy supplies and assist with daily clinic operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a healthcare, childcare, education, or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to assist children and move equipment as needed CPR certification a plus Ability to engage positively with children and families Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $14.
