Job Description: Develops and Maintains Work Measurement to Optimize Operating Plans Analyzes and develops Operating Plans through data-driven methodology Provides Guidance and Support to Operations and other stakeholders Conducts Operational Audits, monitors process adherence to the operating plans and identify any areas for improvement for review with the operations management.

Conducts Operational Forecasting, reviews, and updates forecasts as required to maintain validity of forecast projections and adherence to Business Plan goals. Supervises and develops others and determines employees’ training needs to produce continuous development plans. Collaborates with Operations and Finance teams on business planning initiatives.

Develops and prepares plans for peak seasons and holidays.

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Engineering 2 - 3 years industrial engineering related experience preferred. Strong project management skills. Experience with work measurement, process improvement, and operations research. Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (e.

g., ROI, IRR). Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise staff and collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and present findings to stakeholders.
