Line Cook

What You'll Do

As a Broil Cook, you'll prepare and cook high-quality steaks, burgers, seafood, and other grilled menu items with consistency and attention to detail. You'll ensure every plate meets our standards for quality, presentation, and food safety while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. You'll collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a broil, grill, or line cook preferred. Knowledge of proper cooking temperatures, food handling, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency. Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We believe great food starts with great people. We’d love to meet you. We are a “scratch kitchen” – most of our recipes, dishes and products are produced from raw ingredients. Elements of our dishes, including the tasks necessary to produce them, are executed start to finish in-house. This is a full-time position.
