What are your contributions to the team? Handle core and warranty issues and programs Initiate stock transport orders as required Contact external vendor to determine if customer is enrolled in special programs, including warranty Confirm external vendor is charging correct price per contract Negotiate timely delivery of product to meet customer needs Assist in training co-workers on applicable systems and supplier programs May be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of an assigned program, process, or area May be responsible for training and mentoring less-experienced employees on systems, processes, and supplier programs May be responsible for coordinating with buyers and external vendors on contractual and supply issues May be responsible for providing occasional leadership support and coverage for management
