Warehouse Operative (Evenings)

Vacancy Specification At Aldi, every day is different. As a Operative, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select products accurately and at pace to meet picking targets
• Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)

• There is an additional premium for any hours worked during the nightshift of €2.30 per hour
• There is an additional rate of €1.00 per hour for any hours worked in the freezer.
• 30+ hours per week (minimum contract hours are 30 and can rise to an average of 36)
