Job purpose

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan® Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist with ACH contributions and distributions from investment accounts and annuity contracts.

• Assistance with linking outside banks to investment accounts.

• Processing end of year Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).

• Monitoring and processing investment account model changes and fee rate changes.

• Working with our in-house estate team to update registrations and beneficiaries on investment accounts and annuity contracts.

• Answer team inbound calls.

• Research and resolve issues that may arise with client accounts.

• Assist with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.

• Preferred 2 years of experience in financial services; investment operations, brokerage, RIA, or account processing experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook, Calendar, and Excel.
