Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Atlanta, GA office, to represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds. This would be in office, as it is a leadership role with a lot of monetary upsides, to discuss in greater detail with candidate during phone call with managing attorney.

Minimum of 1 year of GA workers’ compensation experience. 3+ years of civil litigation experience in general liability, auto/trucking, premises liability, etc. (one or all of those areas). Trial experience is highly desired Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution. Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.

Take and defend depositions. Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions. Experience representing individuals and businesses.
