School Bus Driver, Trainer with 2 year's experience

Join our team as a School Bus Driver & Driver Trainer and help shape the next generation of professional drivers while safely transporting students each day! What You’ll Do: Safely transport students to and from school and activities Train and mentor new school bus drivers, including behind-the-wheel instruction Reinforce safe driving practices, student management, and company policies Support new hires through the onboarding and training process Serve as a role model for professionalism, safety, and customer service Duties will include, but not limited to: Teach classroom Behind the wheel training Participate in monthly safety meetings Conduct annual driver evaluations Follow up on discipline reports Maintain employee files for compliance Effective communication with co-workers, district staff, students, parents, and general public Ability to help out with routes on short notice Qualifications: Must have a Class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsements and 2 years of Safety Training experience.
