As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jerseyville and surrounding areas Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitude Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle Organize and load delivery items in the vehicle in a logical and secure manner Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Physical capability to lift, carry, and deliver items safely Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Positive attitude, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence Preferred: Familiarity with the local Jerseyville area and surrounding neighborhoods Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
