Experienced Commercial Painter

**Responsibilities**

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching to ensure proper paint adhesion. Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Work on a variety of commercial properties including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial buildings. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Estimate materials and time required for each project. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and client expectations. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

**Qualifications**

Proven experience as a Commercial Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
