You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing People Operations team, working closely with our Kraken Capabilities team, and business leaders.

This role is critical to ensuring a brilliant, seamless experience across the employee lifecycle - from post-offer onboarding through to off-boarding - while continuously improving our systems and processes to enhance both individual and organisational performance.
