• Bloomington, MN, Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00Hourly, Looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment where you can grow your career? Bobby & Steve’s Auto World is hiring Cashier / Customer Service Team Members with flexible full-time and part-time schedules to fit your lifestyle. Retail experience is a plus but not required—if you have a positive attitude, an engaging personality, and love serving people, we want to meet you! Cashier / Customer Service Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest. Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately. Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries. Perform cleaning and organization duties to maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and diligent. Greet each customer with hospitality, respect, and a positive attitude. Work collaboratively as part of a team, helping colleagues as needed. Physical Requirements: Dependable and consistent attendance. Be on your feet for most of the workday (standing, walking, bending, handling items).
