Now ITOM Architect will design, architect, and deliver scalable ITOM solutions on the Service. Now platform , ensuring performance, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead end-to-end implementation of Service. Now ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB Define ITOM architecture, CMDB governance, and data models Design and develop custom Service. Now applications using Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Integration.

Hub Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and monitoring tools Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development teams Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions Support presales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical workshops Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of IT experience with strong Service.

Now expertise Hands-on experience in Service. Now ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB) Strong JavaScript scripting skills (Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts) Experience with Integration. Hub, Flow Designer, and enterprise integrations Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools
