• Work Settings: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab. Procedures: Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization. Medications: Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics. IV therapy: Blood Product Administration, IV infusion pumps, Starting IVs. Professional Knowledge and Skills: 12 Lead EKG, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Cardioversion, Circulate Procedures, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions, Malignant Hyperthermia Protocols, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale, Sheath Removal and Monitoring, Cath Lab Procedure Experience Required: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader. Certifications Required: ACLS, BLSUnit Systems: Pyxis, SBAR, Epic.

Close), Ventilator Monitoring.Special Procedures/Unit Details: Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)-ballon angioplasty and stent placement, PFO/ASD closure, Cardiogenic shock, CTO, ETC.Special Equipment: Siemens and General Electric (GE) Healthcare Fluoroscopy, Boston Scientific FFR/IVUS, Balloon Pump, Impella, i. Stat, AVOX, Rotablader (BS), TVP (Medtronic), Mac Lab. Schedule:Day 5x8-Hour (06:45 AM - 3:15 PM) Mon.-Fri.Occasional late days, typically 4-5 days per month, it is rare that staff will work in the lab after 5:00 PM on those days.Call Requirement: Call one day a week and every fifth weekend.Float Requirement: Will float as needed.Apply Today!
