THE JOB: As an on-call Gallery of Fine Art Representative, you will combine your passion for exceptional guest service and appreciation for the arts to create welcoming and engaging gallery experiences. You lead guests through guided tours, share information about exhibitions and artwork, and support ticketing, membership, and retail sales.

Through personalized interactions and a welcoming approach, you will help create memorable experiences for every gallery visitor THE STARTING RATE: $15 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Provide engaging guided tours of the gallery, sharing information about artwork and exhibitions, communicating gallery rules and guidelines, and assisting guests with ticketing, admissions, and gift shop retail sales Perform opening and closing procedures for the Gallery Ticket Office, ensuring accurate processing, posting, and reconciliation of daily ticketing and retail transactions Collect guest information for gallery mailing lists Under the direction of Gallery Manager, assist with will-call tickets, third party wholesalers, and phone sales Promote gallery memberships by educating guests on available benefits, assisting with enrollment, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall gallery experience THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 18 years of age or older Previous experience providing guided tours, hosting guest experiences, or engaging with visitors in a hospitality, entertainment, museum, gallery, or similar environment Experience with ticketing, admissions, retail sales, or membership enrollment THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: https://mgmresorts.
